The Goddess

Question:  What makes a goddess a Goddess?

Lotus

Answer:  It is this very question that started my personal Goddess-work.

I spent years romanticizing their ancient stories and realized that I had created a separation between myself and these extraordinary beings.

How could I compare myself with a creator of the world?  Or divinely expressed sculptures of the Venus de Milo and so many others?

I was just. . .me.

The beauty is, that the Goddess is within each of us.  She is not some distant or ancient energy.  She is our passion, joy and uniqueness!  She is the realization of our dreams and the power to change the world!

What truly makes a Goddess is her knowledge of these things about herself.  A Goddess values herself and generates happiness from within.

She goes into the world with strength and passion and leaves hope and light in her footsteps.

She is connected to her world, her community, her God, and herself.

She embraces her faults and commits to seeking the light as she makes her choices.

YOU are a Goddess!

What kind of small things can I do in my life to anchor the goddess energy in my life?

Hi Wendy,
There are many ways you can begin to work with the energies of the Goddess and to anchor her into your life! One of the most powerful exercises is to connect to the things you love about yourself. Once you have found joy in who you are, you can truly begin to appreciate everything and everyone else in your life!

Make a short list every day of 5 things you love about yourself and/or your life. Appreciate them throughout the day and the Goddess will awaken within you.

The Goddess and I are awesome friends but a part of me is still sad, looking for her mate, then letting go of trying and accepting but I get lonely easily. I know about aloneness but geesh, I am what is it going to take for me to master my aloneness and do it with joy? Money? So that I can work on my creativity? Music is my one of my first passionsb ut I need programs, equipment, etc…Maybe i would be a happier bachelorette/single mom…
