Magnetic energy’s principles are anchored in the basic spiritual rules of how energy works. In the physical realms, opposites attract. In the spiritual realms, like attracts like.

Even more simply put, focus your thoughts, words and actions on that which you desire, stay POSITIVE, and you will manifest your vision! We always manifest that upon which we focus the majority of our energy.

In the midst of this life’s often distracting and sometimes disheartening experiences this statement may seem much too simple, and at the same time somewhat impossible.

Life is full of lessons that spark our growth as humans. It is perspective that determines if we grow or weaken our spiritual strength. Putting a positive spin on life’s mishaps may seem challenging initially, but within the vibration of gratitude, it is always possible. And it is vital to creating a clearly directed flow of focused magnetic energy to meet our desires.

Can you look at an experience even from within it, and find a reason to be grateful for it?

This is an important question, and the root of the challenge we face as we evolve spiritually. Genuine gratitude casts its light upon the shadows and pain we experience. Allowing ourselves to feel (but not wallow) in pain, is a fine line and an important lesson to master!

We grow the most through the experiences that rattle our attachments to things, people, places, etc. Most of us struggle to see clearly while in the throes of our attachments. The expression often stated by those recovering from abusive relationships, “you can’t clearly see or assess what’s going on in your personal relationships when you’re in them” is a perfect illustration of this.

Our attachment to the person or the experience of the relationship itself can be blinding because of our need for something within that experience or relationship. Experiences in general are somewhat like this. We are groomed to “experience” the experience and to hold onto the juicy negative tidbits, revisiting them over and over… Viewing them as an unattached outsider instead of a tabloid reporter might take practice, but can be done even in the moment.

This approach creates tremendous freedom from our emotional attachments and allows us to make wise and appropriate choices.

In addition to trimming or eliminating emotional threads and expressing gratitude for the opportunity to grow, it is important to anchor and experience joy.

Joy may be an impossible state to attain while engaged in any challenging situation. And it is certainly important to recognize and acknowledge whatever emotions come into play in the moment! Stepping out of the soap opera, however, allows for a faster and smoother transition to a better state of mind. Once the perspective shift occurs, the lesson can be valued, the experience cataloged, emotional attachment released, and joy pursued.

The experience of joy can be as simple or as complex as the individual. A delicious meal, sensuous encounter, solitary walk in the sun, funny movie, snuggle or play-date with a pet can all stimulate joy and rekindle passion for living.

We create what we think and speak about. Any time spent on negative things creates a powerful magnetic field drawing them to us for manifestation. The same thing goes for positive things!

Eradicating negative thoughts from the mind and carefully selecting the words we choose to speak impact not only our course of physical action, but the nature of our magnetic energy flow. The fewer the attachments and distractions, the cleaner and stronger the flow!

Regardless of how awful we assess any physical experience to be, the redirected focus of our energy to gratitude, joy, and our specific desire changes the vibration of the overall experience. It allows us to return to a positive magnetic flow, a positive creative flow. Through this basic process we maintain and grow the energy supporting our desires.

It is a wonder to me that while there is a widespread acceptance or at least acknowledgment of the existence of God by nearly all religious denominations and even non-religious groups, so few accept Goddess. While He is recognized as the foundation of “All That Is,” She is the stuff of mythology and imagination, of misguided feminists, dreamy new agers and vehement tree huggers.

Ancient esoteric teachings educate us that before the birth of religion, as we know it today, before humans redefined the nature and purpose of worship, God and Goddess shared the title of Divine Creators, the Elohim.

It was not until the solidification of the patriarchic reign by Emperor Constantine, that women were virtually erased from any place of real significance in adopted historical and religious texts.

And yet their absence in text and practice, while virtually uncontested in most circles, is deeply felt and strongly represented by the energetic shift occurring even at this moment on the planet.

As both spiritual and physical beings, humans are called to weigh the nature of balance in all things, especially as indicated by these divine guidelines:
• As Above, So Below
• As Within, So Without
• Where there is Light, there is Darkness

We are children of the Divine. As such, we are innately and subconsciously connected and directed by these guidelines from the moment we take the first breath in the physical world.

Born of Light, we cast a shadow the moment we take physical form. In the spiritual sense, we are veiled from our pure spiritual existence to learn the nature of balance and the physical world.

Designed by the Elohim to discover and evolve to our own divinity, we seek to create families, stability, joy, passion, health, and the fulfillment of our visions. At the core of our journey is the ever-present quest for balance.

Human beings seek out relationships that will ultimately support our individual quests for divinity. In our humanness, however, and deeply influenced by the times in which we live and the history we have come to accept, the darkness of our shadows often clouds our vision along the way, disturbing the delicate balance of the tightrope upon which we journey. Without these ancient teachings actively in play, we are left to wander about in the darkness.

The focus on separation has been so adamantly preached for so long in our churches and schools, that there remains little dedication to the true nature of a community or even genuine partnership. We are cautioned against co-dependency and self-exposure and yet not taught effective forms of communication to support healthy and productive relationships.

Such are the repercussions of denying the importance and balance offered by Goddess. She is the other half of the Divine Pair. Equally vital, She is the womb and the compassion, the community and the intuition born of balance.

God and Goddess paired in Divine Union as the Elohim to create the Universe in which we reside. This temporary home is our opportunity to understand the nature of this creation. We are meant to follow in their footsteps. As Above, So Below.

We are drawn to find someone to balance our own energies. Unmarred and un-indoctrinated, masculine energy attracts feminine and feminine energy attracts masculine. It is in our DNA to seek someone carrying the opposite physical vibration to our own to support our journey in the physical.

Just as God has Goddess harmonized to create in union, so are we. The nature of such union is not to weaken, but to strengthen our ability to progress, to create, to discover our divinity!

What is within us, our desires, our passions, our fears, are reflected outward and directly impact our ability to attract a divine mate. As Within, So Without.

Without God and Goddess, the birth of our time on this planet would not have been possible, just as it requires male and female contributions to perpetuate the human existence. While we can create nearly everything else without being in partnership, this fundamental essence of creational energy remains in place.

Whether we recognize the existence of Goddess as the necessary pair to God in Her rightful place as our co-creator, or we choose to continue living behind the veil, She remains an integral part of our creation and our ability to achieve divinity. Embracing Her pierces the veil, permitting us access to the full blueprint of all that is.

The longest day of the year, Midsummer is the perfect time to gaze forward in time at the path you have set in motion.  This is a time of balance and beauty, light and purification.  Today, the time for working magick is at its peak, supported by the maturity and power of the sun! The Goddess is pregnant with life and hope for the future, her lifeblood nurturing dreams and preparing for their delivery into the world!

Traditionally celebrated at noon to harness the full power of the sun, this is a time to burn away the past and to bring light to your visions.  Rituals involving mirrors, bonfires and nature are often performed and spending time at home is considered important.

This is the perfect time to think about love spells, children, play, fertility and working with elves and fairies!

Joy and passion are in the air and in the earth!

Thousands of quotations speak to the mysteries of wisdom from that of the child’s simple and yet profound perspective to the intricate texts on ancient tablets found in temples or scrolls found beneath the seas.

We crave it, seek it and explore its millions of possibilities, often settling into the words and experiences of others and discounting our own.  Perhaps our own designs are flawed and otherwise incomplete when it comes to truly claiming wisdom for ourselves.  But seeking it through others is only the beginning of the quest we must make if we truly desire to attain this lofty achievement.

Wisdom comes from experience.  The stories of others can do little to support our embodiment of its essence.  The purely intellectual experience is often a misnomer for wisdom, which must be gained through the balance of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual awareness and achievement, not simply an intellectual exposure to its concepts.

Children are naturally wise.  Newly realized from Spirit, they are connected to all things on all levels, vibrating naturally through each new experience and emotion.  The more they are “taught” in this physical world, the less they recall and the less they trust their experiences, growing. . .less wise. . .

As the intellectual development ripens and the journey of life matures, the seeker begins reconnecting to Spirit, making sense of the connection through body and mind and growing wiser with each personal experience.

It is the balancing of everything we have experienced in the physical with everything we have experienced in the spiritual realms that makes us truly wise. Recognizing the importance of our spiritual experiences and their connection to our physical ones is key to defining the true essence of wisdom.

• We are never born and we will never die.
• We have already experienced ALL things.

These two fundamental facts awaken us to the reality that wisdom transcends our awareness and can only be achieved if we can expand this awareness to include the timelessness and formlessness of all that is.  Full understanding of these things and the core of wisdom are only legitimately claimed by those who master the physical world through their deep connection to spirit and passion for life.

Wisdom, to be truly realized, must be lived rather than read and demonstrated rather than discussed.  It is a proactive and ever-evolving state of being for as long as we maintain physical form.

1.     Keeping it Real. You’re going to make the first move.  Go for fun and light rather than the old stinky cheese. . .Men and women are both attracted to a genuine lighthearted approach with good eye contact and an easy smile.  Start conversation with something you can actually talk about!

a.     Compliments are good, but over-flattering is no good!  What’s the balance?  Keep it to one or two complimentary observations.

b.     Ask if you can hang around versus assuming the person you are attracted to has no other admirers already in waiting. . .

c.      Watch your body proximity.  There is a comfort zone determined by several factors including: personal comfort and logistical comfort (noise, available space etc.).  Too close too soon is too much!

d.     Accept the response and be prepared to walk away or to begin an enchanting conversation with the person of your dreams!

2.     Protection Responsibilities. So you know there is going to be sexual intimacy.  You’ve both been grooving on one another and the suggestion to “get a room” has been made and verbally accepted.  Who is responsible for protection. . .? Both parties are engaging, of course, and both are inherently responsible.

a.     Gentlemen, pack condoms if you are planning to get lucky, and make sure the goods have not passed their expiration date!

b.     Ladies, if you have special requirements (latex free or other desired items), you should have them handy!

c.      Protection is a no brainer.  Use it or unnecessarily expose yourself to whatever potential viruses and bacteria are lurking.  Sometimes carriers of STDs are asymptomatic! Don’t make yourself a petri-dish!

3.     Setting the Stage. Even the greatest sexual encounters can become “run of the mill” after awhile.  Explore different positions, locations, toys and moods for your encounters!  The Kama Sutra offers photo and video examples of positions and any adult store will have a wide range of toy selections.  Most importantly, decide what you are both looking for from the encounter!

a.     Exploration? Spice it up with something different and at the edge of your “standard” repertoire.  Add a massage or a blindfold. . .

b.     Romance? Light some candles, draw a bath with essential oils and create a trail of rose petals to satin sheets.

c.      Fiery Passion? Wear something super sexy and torment your partner with delectable foreplay until neither one of you can take another second!

d.     Connection? Arrange a palate of fruits, chocolates, cheeses and a delicate wine or champagne and feed one another before indulging in a couples massage.

4.     Post-Coital Reporting. A close cousin to “constant reassurance,” this sometimes strange process can kill the passion created in the bedroom (or wherever. . .).

a.     Systematic assessment reports are cumbersome.  Asking your partner how things went, if you did “ok” and if they enjoyed the experience is basically saying that you were not paying attention during the encounter.

b.     Room for improvement?  Absolutely!  Supporting your partner’s sexual desires and needs is the key to healthy sexual relationship! Depending on his/her comfort level and familiarity with his/her own body, you can certainly ask your partner to demonstrate or share things that will enhance pleasure!

c.      Likes and dislikes should be open for discussion!  Sex is one of the most intimate activities in which couples engage.  If you’re not comfortable talking to your partner about your sexual relationship, perhaps you should not be sexually active!

5.     The Butterfly & The Net. Sex is only one small part of mastering seduction and understanding the nature of relationships!  In the most basic sense, the woman is a butterfly and the man is the net.  Seduction is an art and the roles are simple. . .

a.     The butterfly is:  happy, sparkling and almost within reach, pausing only to gracefully gather beauty and passionately, blissfully spread its light to that it touches.

b.     The net is:  strong, transparent, adventurous, sturdy and anchoring, seeking to capture and tame the beauty just outside its reach.

The butterfly allows itself to be captured, playing within the net and delighting in the encounter, released again to gather passion and joy and playfully darting into the net to deliver her nectar.

The net lightly pursues, chasing the passion and joy and offering a secure and warm place to land in which both butterfly and net can share the deepness of passion and the lightness of laughter.

This ancient art has made many a “plain” or even historically “unattractive” individual into an icon of beauty and desire!

What was the secret?  A magick potion, of course . . .concocted of an understanding of basic communication, confidence, passion and magnetic energy!

Today the same blending of energies works to a similar end for both men and women alike.  The trick is understanding yourself deeply first and the person of your desire next.

Lets begin with a few simple guidelines:

1.     Present yourself as you see yourself! You must be able to wear not only the clothing, but also the energy of WHOM you are presenting to the world!  Ease up on the cologne or perfume and remember that cleanliness is always extremely attractive . . .

a.     What makes you feel attractive, irresistible?

b.     How would your two best friends describe your personality?

c.      How do you WANT to be described and seen?

d.     What type of person are you trying to attract?

Working with your responses above, you will be able to fine-tune your image, bringing it into alignment with your sexy-self!

2.     Practice making eye contact! Eye contact is sexy!  The eyes are vehicles that can convey mystery, desire, passion, boredom and hundreds of other emotions!  Gazing into the eyes of your partner shows interest and desire.  Staring, on the other hand, can be creepy!  So practice in a mirror, or with a friend who wants to support the fine-tuning of your awakening mojo.

3.     How do you like to be touched? This is an important question to consider, and a great place to start in seducing your partner.  You will, of course, need to make the appropriate modifications in physical contact with your partner based on the following cues.

a.     Verbal requests. (My favorite and direct approach to desire fulfillment!  If offered as a positive statement, these tend to get the best results the fastest!) “I really like when you. . .”  And unless you have pre-established a specific “safe word,” “No” ALWAYS means NO!

b.     Verbal response.  Groans, moans and other verbal cues should let you know when your partner is indicating a positive response.  Pay attention, because this may often be your only cue as to what is working . . . or what is not.

c.      Physical response. Anything from cringing to leaning in is important!  A gentle repositioning of a hand or other body part is probably not a mistake! Go where you are guided, provided you are comfortable doing so! If, on the other hand you are deflected or re-directed . . . honor the unspoken request or you will probably not be invited for seconds . . .

4.     Know when to talk and when to put a sock in it! There is an inordinate amount of bad dialogue in porn videos.  Sadly, they are America’s number one training mechanism for most men, and some women as well.  Find out if your partner is turned on by chatter or turned off by it!

a.     Talking Dirty.  Anything from “traditional” four letter words to name-calling can fall into this category.  Be aware that most women do not like being referred to as “whores” during sexual encounters.

b.     Reassurance.  It isn’t sexy to constantly seek reassurance, and it ruins the mood!  If your partner likes it, they’ll give you the signs above!  If you can’t read the signs, ask your partner to help you learn to read them.

c.      Loud Sex.  Some people can’t help it.  Genuine vocalizing can be a hot part of passion.  It can also be a distraction.  Work with your partner to find a happy medium for vocal expression.

This festival celebrates the Spring, or Vernal Equinox. On this day, as the sun enters Aries (March 20th or 21st) the light and dark share equal length and as the sun sets, the new day begins with the promise of longer, warmer days.

This is the time of planting seeds, sowing not only physical seeds that will ripen and blossom over the coming months, but the time for planting goals and ideas!

Sacred to Eostre, Goddess of the Spring, this holiday’s decorations include white rabbits, colored eggs, and woven baskets. The white rabbit represents innocence and fertility; eggs represent new life and rebirth, and the basket is representative of the tools once needed to hunt for and gather eggs in times before one could simply purchase them at the grocery store.

We decorate eggs to symbolize the color (the vibration or energy) into which we wish to be reborn, adding symbols to enhance and further empower our vision! Egyptians and Druids along with Witches and other ancient shamans decorated hollowed eggs and kept them as amulets intended to support the souls of departed loved ones on their journeys to rebirth into the next dimension. Other groups began adopting these practices and beautiful examples of other intricately decorated eggs may be found in Ukrainian Churches even today.

Additional symbols of the holiday include the 3-Leaf Clover representing the Triple Goddess and the 4-Leaf Clover representing luck and the four elements in balance. Wildflowers often make an appearance in celebrations, as do walks and outdoor playtime.

A time of balance, growth, fertility, communication and planting, Ostara heralds not only Spring, but also that which will be born of our labors.

It is the time to attend to the balance in life. Determine what you wish to create and actively participate in the creational process! Gather the seeds, the tools and fertilize your soil, making it rich with those who support you on your journey. When you have prepared your land, prepare your body and mind by connecting with your spirit and begin planting your seeds.

In the coming months, through the whirlwind of everyday life, remember to tend to your plot of land. Nurture it with thanks, rich food, water, sunlight and wisdom. Untended gardens often become something quite different than our original design!

When the time of the harvest once again returns, be ready and passionate about what you plant on this day!

Ah, the February chill in the air and snow on the ground. . . It is the time of the maiden, of purity, fertility and renewal!  In the womb of the earth (Imbolc translates as ‘in the belly’), life begins to stir.

This is the time of the sacred fires, smithcraft, poetry and healing, all watched over by the Goddess Brigid.  Canonized by the Catholic Church in order to gain the loyalty of the Irish to the Church, “Saint Brigit” was reintroduced to and eventually accepted by her native land as the foster mother of Jesus, and for many, Imbolc became the Feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary!

The use of candles to represent the magickal fires is quite special in the celebration of Imbolc.  A lighted candle is placed in every window of every home beginning at sundown on Imbolc Eve.  These candles continue to burn until sunrise, a sign that light is returning, Spring is stirring, and life is eternal.

Corn Dollies or Brigid Crosses are woven and hung for the purposes of purification, spiritual cleansing and protection of the home.  A small woven basket with fresh white flower petals (Brigid’s Bed) is often created to ensure fertility of body, mind and spirit!

A time for the blessing of seeds for the coming planting season and the honoring of the Goddess as the Bride, Imbolc calls the earth to emerge from its long winter sleep.  Hearth fires are extinguished and re-lit, and “Spring Cleaning” begins, removing negative energy and renewing protection of family, hearth and home.  In addition, a sweeping ritual is performed and a besom (broom) is placed next to the front door to offer additional protection and to welcome the new.

For many, this is a time to offer gifts to the nature spirits, ensuring a bountiful season!  Traditional offerings include: cheese and bread.

Whether you greet this beautiful celebration in sunshine or shadow, it is a time for honoring the gifts of the earth by utilizing your talents.  Through song, poetry, handiworks or food, light the fires of your hearth with the promise of new life and new vision!

Spring is here.  Let us be ready to greet her when she awakens.

I have often been asked about what I do after one of the following three questions:  “Are you a good witch or a bad witch?” “Would you ever hex me?” “What is your relationship with Satan?”

• I make every effort to keep my energy clean and my work in integrity.  I do not intentionally hurt others or myself.

• I sometimes get angry, sad, disappointed or hurt.  None of these things would cause me to hex or otherwise direct negative energy at anyone.

• I don’t have a relationship with Satan.  I don’t worship him or seek his teachings.

My life long study of philosophy, human nature, healing arts and religion has empowered my understanding and practice of worshiping God and realizing their hope is that every moment I am gifted I will know and honor them in all people and all living things.

ALL modern-day Christianity is based upon a text formed by human men at the council of Nicaea in 325 A.D. per the instruction of a polytheistic Emperor who sought to maintain control over his people by instituting a single religious doctrine while practicing something totally different personally.

• A large variety of submitted material was discarded based on its potential political and social ramifications
• Conflicting Gospels were selected
• Holy days (including Jesus’ birthday) were chosen based on Pagan festivals to encourage people to adopt the new religion

None of these contradictions shake my belief in God or Jesus.  It is simply reality.

All history is compiled and written by the ruling power.  This in no way defines the truth, however it lends itself to our perceptions of truth as time passes.

The thing is, Truth is unchangeable.  God defines it; but through the eyes and actions of men, in our imperfect state, it is fouled.

I do not claim to have all the answers.  I simply choose to try and balance Nature with Spirit in my life in accordance with the ancient Qabalistic teachings handed down to Adam and Eve by God’s hands upon their departure from the Garden.

I am a Student of Light, Servant of the Flame and Teacher of the Old Ways.

I do know that healing cannot be born of the darkness, nor can heaven be glimpsed through the separation caused by human judgments, fears or the ego-influenced mind and heart.

At the end of my days I shall submit myself to be judged by God alone.

Angels spoke to men and women before the birth of Jesus.  And they do so now.  We must only listen to be guided.

Buddha taught us to still our minds so that our hearts could open and receive Jesus’ teachings when the time came.

Jesus lived as an example of grace, balance and empowerment.  His gift to us was far greater than is taught in any book.

My relationship with Him is powerful and personal.

Visualization is a small but important part of the process of creation.  Without it, there is no way to project desire into physical manifestation.

The magickal process begins with this step.  A clear picture, drawn from the spark of inspiration is the start of all things!

In order to properly assign the energies necessary to move forward, there are a few simple steps to follow.  First, come to a clear understanding of what you want to create.

Simple enough?  Yes and no.  As human beings we have experienced nearly as many failures as successes.  This often lends itself to our tentative nature in creating a realistic and positively envisioned desire.

Magnetic energy, another part of the creational process, is key to what can be attracted.  If fear or doubt comes into our visualization, it will tarnish the vision and the results!

So the process is as follows:

1.     Decide what you want to create

2.     Create your vision board (this brings your vision into the physical and is very important!)

3.     Identify the energy you feel when you are creating and looking at your vision board (excited, prosperous, successful, free, sexy, secure, joyful. . .)

4.     Infuse your vision with the ENERGY you have identified! (you may choose one or ALL of the vibrations)

5.     See yourself, your actual physical form in the energy you have identified.  Live in it.  Identify with it.  Be it.  This creates powerful magnetic energy.

6.     Bring words to your vision (I am prosperous; I am free; I am beautiful) and WRITE them down, adding them to your vision board and SPEAKING them aloud often!

7.     Set goals and tasks for physical manifestation.

Seeing it isn’t enough!  Set specific goals for yourself in line with your vision.  Make your goals realistic!  (If you’ve never touched $1,000,000 then start with a number for which you have physical understanding and awareness.)

Once you’ve reached your goal, double or otherwise enhance it! And move on from there, staying out of fantasy and making the reality tangible!

Follow through with your tasks!  Following the above directions and lying in bed all day watching movies or playing video games will not bring you any closer to manifesting your vision.  Take the physical steps to create in this physical world!

We create our realities every day with every thought and word we speak.  Actions make our creation fully physical.

Creation is a dynamic process!  Conscious thought, word and action in alignment with clear, realistic vision is what makes what we create consistently line up with our desires!
