On Philosophy, Religion & Truth

Today the concept of philosophy carries a myriad of definitions boiling down to a sad concept that it is akin to any belief or opinion an individual has about how to live. In deep hermetic teachings, however, philosophy is the core of truth, carrying the seed of absolute truth within it.
Truth carries its own definitions for us these days as well. It often requires scientific validation to earn any credibility, this need seemingly outweighing spirituality’s own very real existence and strength outside the boundaries of science.
All philosophies are born of only one. They share its deep root, which penetrates all that is. For this core holds the keys to all things and the understanding with which to actually utilize those keys effectively.
This core philosophy is the foundation of our existence!
All religions are born of philosophy. It is the human’s desire to apply what is learned to a purpose. As individuals, we seek the deeper teachings, and with them, a deeper understanding of who we are and why we are here. In these things, we are actually seeking the nature of God.
Organized religion holds a powerful place in our society. But because of its human, therefore naturally fractured and often judgmental foundations, cannot fundamentally offer the deeper answers to the legitimate questions of the seeker.
God called us to worship in order to remember our roots, our true foundation and connection with Spirit. There was no brick and mortar requirement for this process, simply daily recognition and honoring of the people, beings, energy and vitality of the gifts we experience by simply taking a breath each day!
Shamanism is an active approach to living life in worship through the philosophical core: recognizing God in all things and all beings as each day is met with gratitude and actions taken toward growth, personal empowerment and communion with the Earth.
In this space of true connection and ancient wisdom, absolute truth is more easily recognized. Absolute truth is undeniably true for ALL humans in accordance with the three wills and cannot exist within the walls of human boundaries.
This statement supersedes the concepts of human judgment, which stems from our emotional and mental attachments. Truth comes from God alone, and we recognize it without being able to fully embody its energy. For truth does not cast a shadow, rather, it radiates great light into the darkness!
As long as we wear our human form, we cast a shadow. This is our sin and our redemption.
True Shamans practice religion by connecting to the core philosophy and by seeking to live life without judgment or fear.
To recognize the shadows and seek the light.
To channel the energy of truth by living with awareness within its rays.
For it is in the light that truth dwells.
