For many, animals are a simple and fun part of the human existence. Born of all shapes, sizes and qualities, they brighten the planet with their quirky behaviors. For others, animals are a distant and strange addition to the human world, more a part of the wild planet most humans do not really understand.
But for the rest of us, animals are extraordinary, vital beings without whom our human experience would be sorely lacking! Shamans have long known the power of animal magick, learning their secrets and integrating animals into the family dynamic as well as honoring animals they take in the hunt and work with as totems and familiars. |

Yet the timeless in you is aware of life’s timelessness, and knows that yesterday is but today’s memory and tomorrow is today’s dream. –Kahlil Gibrain
Many of us define our lives by the time on which we walk in the physical. This is natural, of course, as much of what we do is dependent upon it: work hours, sleep, educational schedules. . . There are many songs that detail the importance of time and our place within its circle.
As physical beings, we have a physical understanding of it. Defined by the rising and setting of the sun, the cycles of the moon and seasons, and birth & death, earthly definition of time leaves us with a finite structure through which we experience life. |

Emotions are cavernous and confusing things for many of us. If left untamed, they become the masters of our universe, controlling every conscious thought, action, word and then weave themselves into the fabric of the subconscious mind, threading themselves into the roots of our very identity.
Emotional Attachment occurs any time we have a “button” pushed and we engage in the energy of that button. A mirror for our unhealed wounds, this button holds a thread of truth, perceived or genuine, which causes our emotional reaction to a person or situation. |

Many of us have a distant, mystical concept of magick. It has been defined as anything from total fantasy and fairytale to card tricks and illusion. But somewhere in the middle lies its true definition and power.
Magick is defined in ancient mystery teachings as, “creating something out of nothing” or “creating something from something.” Is it that simple? Or is this a watered down definition for something far more complex in nature? |

Can I experience Passion without Joy?
Without Joy, Passion is often directed to fulfill destructive patterns. Manifesting themselves through deeply rooted emotional states or flares, these patterns ride on the wave of Passion’s fire.
Passion, flooding through the presence of Joy, carries within it a powerful ray of creation itself, a divine and magickal spark of inspiration, energy and sensation! Through Joy, Passion’s energies are directed to creation and light.
Joy cannot be created. It is not the result of an action or word. It simply is. We must connect to it and then allow it to exist in the core of our beings. The concept of “making someone happy” is most certainly a fallacy. It is simply not possible. We must individually seek and awaken Joy within ourselves!

Question: What are some basics on how to understand how my candle is burning when I burn it for a reason other than ambience? Answer: Following is a list of basic clues as to how to read your candle. . . FLAME Bright flame means the energy is strong and being clearly sent into the universe. Your question, or reason for burning the candle, is in alignment with what you are actually asking. Sometimes we plan to burn a candle for something, but our energy, mind or intention is actually something else. This will create a hazy or clouded flame. |

Where there are shadows, there is light seeking to penetrate the darkness of our deepest wounds. The goddess has long sought and master the magick to clear these shadows. Here, she seeks wisdom and her personal strength, bringing with her, the joy and beauty, the inspiration and miracles found only within. These magicks dwell next to the darkness, dancing with their flowing light even into the deepest passages of the heart, mind and soul. Here, they can only grow as bright and as strong as there is stillness in the shadows. The mind is the most powerful part of creating magick. If it is busy and cluttered, the seeds of the muse are planted into the clutter rather than the fertile ground of light and passion! |

“As long as you keep a person down, some part of you has to be down there with him to hold him down, so it means you cannot soar as you otherwise might.” –Marian Anderson
From the moment we are born we seek to discover who we are. We seek our potential, our dreams and our light! We study and practice the art of humanity, taking on the strengths and weaknesses with which we resonate. Identifying with our experiences and exploring new opportunities to expand our awareness of life its mysteries, we practice to master its challenges and soar into harmony with the beauty surrounding us. |

I am sitting in the Salt Lake City Airport on my way back to Los Angeles after an AMAZING weekend in Atlanta. The circle of women I had the good fortune to work with are truly my sisters in all respects. Students of spirituality often speak of having found a family or a home outside of home. It is not some strange or cultish thing, rather the discovery of true connection, common interests and support! Today’s fractured personal relationships and Hollywood’s snapshots of family life have led to tremendous confusion and disappointment as we seek connection with others.
So what is spiritual family? It is the family you get to choose! read more… |

Question: What makes a goddess a Goddess?
Answer: It is this very question that started my personal Goddess-work.
I spent years romanticizing their ancient stories and realized that I had created a separation between myself and these extraordinary beings.
How could I compare myself with a creator of the world? Or divinely expressed sculptures of the Venus de Milo and so many others?
I was just. . .me. |

Beauty is a whimsical concept for most of us. We are guided by magazine covers and commercials, often sitting in judgment of ourselves rather than seeing the nature of true beauty.
Every woman resonates and reflects the beauty of the Goddess! It is in every cell of who we are. Becoming the Goddess requires us to accept ourselves as we are while reaching to our vision.
I am beautiful because my toes dig into the sand, the water embraces my knees, the air caresses my shoulders and the sun shines upon my face! I am one with the elements!
Why are you beautiful? |

We fear and resist this communion not because we do not seek grace, but because we fear our shadows. We resist silence because we believe our ego’s mantra that a busy mind is a productive mind. When we can find peace within ourselves, it will be reflected in life. We cannot create what we do not know. Connection to all things can only truly happen when we have connected within. If we have not done so, our relationships are filled with expectations and judgment. Knowing oneself provides the space to accept and allow others as well as ourselves.
Silence unveils universal truth, unmasking our own perceptions and programming to reveal the light of God and Goddess. |

I am a lifetime student of the elements! I have many formal years of Wicca training and experience, Egyptian Magick and Enochian Magick as well as being a student, teacher and practitioner of Chinese Medicine and Energy Therapies.
I am an initiated 13th Degree Wiccan High Priestess in the lineage of Lilith, of which there are only two authorized in the United States. In addition, I am a practicing Buddhist, Qabalist and Celtic Shaman of the 3rd Degree.
As a Guide initiate in the lineage of the Ancient Mystery Schools and a working channel, trained in the lineage of the Oracles of Delphi, I have also developed a unique series of empowerment workshops for women through which a powerful understanding of the earth and the goddess begins. . .
I believe that using ancient knowledge and magick to bring about that which is in the greatest light and alignment with the will of God & Goddess, Nature and the Individual, is the key to true empowerment and enlightenment! |

Women are always beautiful.
AWAKENING:
Silence is the breath before creation begins. The thought has begun to take shape and the energy begins to flow within and begin the process of manifestation. It is during this silence, in the void, that all things are born. Silence allows space and time for clarity and true vision, undisrupted by the influences of the ego. It is in silence that we connect with our guides and angels. In silence we commune with all dimensions and all beings.
